PRIVACY POLICY FOR BLUE CHIP INTERACTIVE LIMITED
At Blue Chip we take your data privacy very seriously. Information we collect from you, where you choose to provide it to us, enables us to send you information about products and services in which you register an interest. By providing us with your information you consent to us processing it for this purpose. We will not pass it on to any third party outside of Blue Chip. This policy explains what information we process and what we do with it.

VIA EMAIL
If you contact us via email, we will use the information within your email to contact you. This information is then stored long term to allow us to stay in touch with you and your organisation.

VIA OUR PROMOTIONS
If you participate in a promotion, we will collect and process the following personal data about you: Name, email address, nature and date of entry, selection as winner, prize awarded and any supplementary information required for the delivery of said prize.
Only if you have consented to further contact will your information be stored for the execution of said contact.

BY WORKING WITH YOU
When you become a Blue Chip client we need your information for billing, accounts, account management etc. We only collect relevant personal and business information. This includes (but is not limited to) email addresses, business and billing address and phone number(s). We do not collect any sensitive information.

VIA OUR WEBSITE
Our website also collects google analytics cookies. These are used to track how you use our site to help us improve functionality.

SHARING
Sharing: The data that we collect will never be sold or shared with any other business or organisation. We do however sometimes need to share contact details with our team and trusted partners (external support teams). This is always shared in a secure and professional manner and never outside of the EEA.

STORAGE OF DATA
All data is stored in segregated folders and is password protected. The passwords are only available to employees necessary to complete their role.

DATA BREACHES
In the event of a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data, we shall promptly assess the risk to people’s rights and freedoms and if appropriate report this breach to the ICO.

YOUR RIGHTS
To comply with GDPR regulations, we will keep your records for a minimum of one year following the last contact we have with you.

You also have the following rights in accordance with GDPR regulations:
